Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master Degree and Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Comparative Indian Language and Literature or Comparative Literature or English or Linguistics or any ancient/ or Modern Indian Language and Literature & Ph.D with Master Degree for Professor & Associate Professor for the Department of Comparative Indian Language and Literature. Selection Process: Candidates will be called for interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. 75/- for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates) through Bank demand draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, University of Calcutta.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application (7 copies) in the prescribed format along with DD, relevant documents to the Office of the Registrar, Senate House, University of Calcutta, Kolkata-700073 on or before 05-05-2015.
