Educational Qualification: Candidate should have PG in concerned specialty recognized by MCI with 3 years experience.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favor of ESIC Fund A/C No. 1 payable at Vapi and no fee for Female candidates.
