Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.S.(Surgery)/ M.S. (General Surgery) for S.No.1, M.D. (Obst. & Gynae.)/ M.S. (Obst. & Gynae.) for S.No.2, M.D(Medicine)/ M.D.(General Medicine) for S.No.3, M.S. (Orthopedics) for S.No.4, M.S.(Oto-Rhino-Laryngology) for S.No.5, M.D. (Derm. & Ven)/ M.D. (Derm.Ven. & Leprosy)/ M.D.(Dermatology)/ M.D. (Derm. including ven) for S.No.6. Application Fee: Candidate must pay application fee of Rs.515/- for Unreserved category & Rs.315/- for Reserved category in the form of SBI Challan/ Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking/ CSC.
