NIEPMD Recruitment 2014 – Associate Professor, Rehabilitation Officer Posts: National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD), Department of Disability Affairs, Tamil Nadu has issued a notification for the recruitment of Associate Professor, Rehabilitation Officer vacancies in various departments. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceed 50 years for Sr.No:1 Post, 35 years for Sr.No:2 Post as on last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MD in PMR or MD in Orthopedics with Diploma in PMR from recognized University/ Institution, experience in relevant field, should have MCI registration for Sr.No:1 Post, Masters degree with M.Ed in Special Education or equivalent, Ph.D in Special Education, experience in relevant field, should have RCI Registration for Sr.No:2 Post, Bachelors degree in Social Work (BSW) from a recognised University/ Institution, experience in relevant field for Sr.No:3 Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/ written test.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.500/- for General/ OBC candidates through Demand draft from any Nationalized bank drawn in favour of Director, NIEPMD paybale at Chennai. SC/ ST/ PH category and Female candidates are exempted from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, demand draft, experience certificate, caste certificate, a latest passport size photo affixed on the application form etc & other relevant documents within 30 days from the date of advertisement to the Director, NIEPMD, East Coast Road, Muttukadu, Kovalam (Post), Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 603112. The documents containing envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the Post of ————-”.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: Within 30 days from the date of advertisement.
