1. Medical Social Worker-Cum-Tutor: 01 Post
2. Speech Therapist: 02 Posts
3. Technical Assistant (Neurology): 01 Post
4. Bio Medical Engineer: 01 Post
5. Data Processing Assistant Grade-B: 04 Posts
6. Stenographer Grade-II: 10 Posts
7. Audiological Technician: 01 Post
8. Ophthalmic Technician: 01 Post
9. Canteen Attendant: 04 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceed 35 years for Sr.No:1,3 Posts, 30 years for Sr.No:2,4,5,8 Posts, 27 years for Sr.No:6 Post, 25 years for Sr.No:7,9 Posts as on 15-12-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Masters Degree in Social Work with Specialization in Medical Social Work from a recognized Institution/ University or equivalent, experience in relevant field for Sr.No:1 Post, B.Sc Degree in Speech and Language Sciences, experience in relevant field for Sr.No:2 Post, Degree in Neuro technology from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent, experience in relevant field for Sr.No:3 Post, Degree in Bio Medical Engineering from a recognized University, experience in relevant field for Sr.No:4 Post, B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ or its equivalent from a recognised University/ Institute for Sr.No:5 Post. For Other Posts Qualification refer Notification.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Personal Interview, skill test.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.500/- for General and OBC Category candidates, Rs.250/- for SC/ ST category candidates for Sr.No:1 to 6 Posts, Rs.300/- for General and OBC Category candidates, Rs.150/- for SC/ ST category candidates for Sr.No:7 to 9 Posts through Demand draft drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Payable at Pondicherry (State Bank of India – JIPMER Branch). PWD candidates are exempted from fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format should be neatly typed/ hand written on A4 size paper along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, demand draft, No Objection Certificate, caste certificate, reservation certificate, age relaxation certificate, Recent Passport Size Photograph affixed in application and attested by a Gazetted Officer etc on or before 15-12-2014 by 4:30 PM to Director, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry-605006.
