Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 18 years, maximum 40 years in case of SC/ ST/ Category I of other Backward classes, 38 years in case of Category II-A/ II-B/ Category III-A/ III-B of other Backward classes and 35 years for others as on 25-11-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSLC examination conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Board or equivalent, Senior Grade Examination in English Shorthand or Proficiency grade examination in English shorthand, Senior Grade Examination in Typewriting in English conducted by the Department of Public Instruction of the Karnataka Secondary Education Board or equivalent qualification and for further information refer notification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Shorthand Test, English Essay writing, Translation from Kannada to English, Test of General Knowledge, Viva – Voce Test.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs.250/- (Category I/ SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from payment of fee) through Online/ Offline mode.
Online Mode: On submission of online application the candidates shall make the online payment of application fee by SBI online payment gateway through: https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm.
Offline Mode: On submission of online application the candidates shall download the Challan in the printed format and shall remit the prescribed fee in any branch of SBI.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply Online through the website http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in on or before 25-11-2014 till 11.59 PM.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online the candidates should have valid Email-Id/ Phone number.
2. Log on through the website http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in/ —> Notifications —> Recruitments.
3. Click on desired post and then “Click here to Apply Online”.
4. Click on “Online Application”.
5. Now Scan the copy of latest passport size photograph and Signature.
6. Fill all the details carefully and upload photograph and signature.
7. Click on Submit button.
8. Take printout of application and preserve it for future use.
